Workshop: Stress Down, Power Up: How to Energise Your Full Potential
Date: July 10th

For Young Creatives (14-17 years old), the 45-minute session will cover techniques to manage negative mindsets, invite positive energy, and boost performance during exams and job hunting. Highlights include deep abdominal breathing exercises, dynamic physical activities, and a calming meditation. Time: 4.20pm

For Professionals and Leaders (18+ years old), the 60-minute session focuses on maintaining peak performance and managing stress in high-pressure environments. Highlights include advanced breathing techniques, dynamic meditation, and exercises for cognitive and physical health. Time: 2.15pm

Throughout the day, our team of Pranic Therapists will provide 10-minute taster sessions to help boost confidence, reduce stress, and relieve aches and pains.
